Tips:

For better performance with scrolling, disable scrolling cache in Settings > Rom Control and reboot for changes to take effect.
For FM Radio use Spirit FM from market

Known issues:

All CM10 roms does not support exFAT formatted 64gb microSDXC cards,
if you flash rom with a microSDXC, card ends up getting corrupted & needs format
